‘Muyiwa Osifuye has been a serial small-business owner,  with over 30 years’ experience
across different industries.

Having graduated as an Optometrist from the University of Benin, in Nigeria in 1984,
he also graduated with an MBA, with specialization in Marketing and Finance in 1991,
from the University of Lagos.

Due to his inborn talent for diverse creativity, he also completed his training
with the New York Institute of Photography, USA in 2002.

He worked with two very prominent eye surgeons in Nigeria,
till he established his own eye clinics, way back in 1987 and 1994
which have now been rested as he went into other entrepreneurial activities.

He has published books on small-business Amazon which were reviewed on Channels .
Under a pen name he has other titles on different issues about
life and family, on Amazon as well.

Osifuye also shares his thoughts on his YouTube platform, g
giving free tips for small business owners and life lessons
for self-improvement to people in general.

At various times, between 2002 and 2020 he has worked
as a commercial photographer  doing documentary
which includes aerial photography and on the rigs for Chevron Nigeria Limited.

He was also the first Nigerian photographer whose works were exhibited
at the most respected and biggest art exhibition in the world namely;
the Documenta 11, Kassel in Germany, in 2002.

His works were also exhibited at the 50th Venice Biennale 2003 in Italy,
the 5th Gwangju Biennale 2004 in South Korea.
Also at the premier exhibition place in the UK, Tate Britainin 2007.

In Nigeria, he had local exhibitions at the German Goethe Institut
between 2002 and a few years thereafter and appeared on Channels TV and NTA stations.

At the Renaissance Society of  the University of Chicago, his works
were exhibited and auctioned for charity.

His photographic works are in private collections.

In his budding interest in water color painting,
his works are already sold by Saatchi and his designs at Redbubble
and Fine Art America. in the US.

Today, why he is in semi-retirement, he calls this “my second career phase in life.”

He has delved into e-commerce which includes:

  • online courses,
  • handmade bespoke leather works for men,
  • retailing of products,
  • content creations,
  • designs of different utilities as inspired by his Muse and more…

He uses his enterprise, CLARKBON, this website and
other external websites including YouTube.

Muyiwa Osifuye believes he is a perennial student at heart,
ready to learn from others, regardless of age, your pigmentation or your location.

Yet he is ready to impart you with his experience of pains and
relative success in business and in life over the  years.
